WE ARE HIRING!!

We are a small independent garage based in Taplow and we are currently looking for a full-time Service Receptionist to join our team.

Duties of the role include - answering phone calls and emails, dealing with customer queries, booking/processing jobs, ordering parts from suppliers, compiling quotes and taking payments.

Knowledge of the motor trade is an advantage, as is previous experience within a customer facing role but is not essential.

A polite and confident phone manner is required, along with competent computer literacy skills and the ability to work well under pressure and within a team.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5:30

Salary: £30k p/year
