One of our diagnostic jobs we completed this week and rectified was an oil leak on a Tiguan 2011/2012 Diesel Cr. This job required an in depth strip down and specialist tooling.

Fault was found to be a leaking camshaft oil seal and camshaft carrier.

We used genuine VW parts as replacement including o.e setting tools used to manufactures repair data guidelines.

We replaced the cambelt due to removal and all injector and pump seals, including camshaft cradle correct torque and setting.
Was certainly an early morning start to meet the deadline, but as always an extremely happy customer 😊
