We've Been Mega busy lately but here's one, ford ranger in wanting a surprising setup
In the end went 628Ah Fogstar lithium battery, Victron electrics and a 3000VA inverter, Roof tent permanent solar panels with optional portable solar to keep things topped up when parked.
Custom panels with the GXtouch and savvy van3 accessible through the side hatch.
Still more to come, drawers and storage next 👌

We've been a bit quiet... 👀
That's because we've been flat out building this AWD Transit from the ground up.
It's nearly ready, and it's shaping up to be one of our favourite builds yet.

We’ve fitted our own 20L Hybrid water Heater,
Giving reliable hot water on and off-grid.

Alongside a full garage carpentry build with a tidy Victron Energy electrical setup.
Built for real overland use.

Hidden damage like this is why proper inspections matter.
This van arrived looking clean and well presented, but once we lifted the floor we uncovered severe rot caused by a previously leaking window , The worst floor damage we’ve seen.
Every rotten section was removed back to solid structure, fully treated, sealed, and rebuilt the right way. New plywood was installed, protected, and finished with brand-new vinyl flooring, leaving a strong, safe, and long-lasting result.
If it’s not right underneath, it’s not right at all.
