Monkton Wyld Touring Park began welcoming visitors in 1991 and ever since those early days the park has flourished into a wonderful location to base your visit to West Dorset. The park exudes warmth, with friendly staff and a fantastic location. It lies in 25 acres of beautifully landscaped and carefully maintained grounds. Over the last 17 years we have focused on ensuring that the park complemen

ts the rich landscape of the West Dorset Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Shrubs, trees and flowers abound whilst mature oaks spread across the surrounding farmland which forms the rolling countryside. We have also enhanced the site by the careful planting of native woodland to divide the grounds into several separate small paddocks, which add to the general atmosphere of peace and quiet. At Wyld Holiday Park, dogs aren't an afterthought — they're part of the plan. Set along the Jurassic Coast between Lyme Regis and Charmouth, our 25 acres of woodland, open paddocks and fairy-lit evening walks are as much theirs as yours.

Let them burn off energy on our brand-new agility course, rinse sandy paws at our dedicated dog wash and enjoy a Dorset-made dog ice cream from our on-site shop. With the South West Coast Path almost on the doorstep, this really is tail-wagging territory.

Not long till Whitsun and half term, we only have a few pitches remaining so grab them while you can 😎
There's a lot going on around the area with plenty to keep you busy while you're here, or you can just sit back and relax on your holiday with us. Our food vans are here nightly so you don't even need to cook, and our new dog agility will keep your 4 legged friends more than happy!
