🔧 From a complete strip-down to Bosch specification – another VE pump brought back to life!

This 6-cylinder Bosch VE injection pump was completely disassembled, with every internal component carefully inspected for wear or damage and thoroughly cleaned.

Rebuilt using Genuine Bosch Parts, bench tested on our Hartridge2500 & precisely calibrated using Bosch Test Data to ensure correct fuel delivery and performance.

Check this compact little test bench out! 👀🔧

The latest piece of equipment added to the workshop here at TC Diesel.

This bench is capable of testing a huge range of car, commercial and off-highway common rail injectors, giving us even more testing capability in-house.

We’re extremely grateful to all our customers for the continued work and support. With the workload continuing to grow, we’ve invested in this new machine to increase our testing capacity and keep customer downtime to an absolute minimum.

Another quality pump ready to go! 👌

This is a brand new Genuine Delphi 8921A750G injection pump fitted to a Massey Ferguson 6290, supplied and professionally bench tested here at TC Diesel before leaving our workshop.

As requested by the customer, we increased the fuel delivery by 15% and calibrated the pump on our test bench, ensuring it's set up and ready to fit straight out of the box.
