【2016 Ford Focus 右尾門疑難雜症】

車主話：尾門玻璃唔郁、門鎖又冇反應 😶
我心諗：呢啲case…點會咁簡單😏🔧

一開工就知唔對路 ⚠️
最後要將4 隻門拆散晒 🔩🪛
再出埋示波器逐條線追signal 📡📊
先終於捉到問題所在 🕵️‍♂️

結果出嚟：
壞係右尾門冇錯，但真正問題唔喺尾門 ❌🚪
原來係左頭門A柱入水 💧
搞到線插氧化，仲斷埋線腳 ⚡🧨

電路問題最麻煩就係咁——
表面一個位壞 👀
實際另一個位出事 🤯

2016 Ford Focus – Tailgate issue

Customer came in with rear window not working and tailgate lock inoperative 😶
As expected… not a simple fix 😏

Ended up stripping down the entire tailgate 🔩🪛
Using an oscilloscope to trace signals 📡📊
And finally pinpointed the fault 🕵️‍♂️

Final diagnosis:
The tailgate wasn’t the root cause ❌
Water ingress at the left front A-pillar 💧
caused corrosion in the connector and broken pins ⚡🧨

That’s the tricky part with electrical faults —
the symptom and the root cause are often in different places 🤯

今朝一早收到一位年輕車主來電，話極力子有問題。
二話不說，叫佢即刻揸過嚟檢查。

試車發現一踩極力子就出現「格格聲」，初步判斷係極力子啤令（release bearing）損壞。

直接落手——
🔩 拆波箱
🔧 更換極力子啤令
🚀 順便升級一套全新強化極力子

完工！踩落順晒，聲音消失，返晒最佳狀態 💯

Early this morning, a young customer called in reporting clutch issues.
Without hesitation, we asked him to bring the car straight in for inspection.

During testing, a rattling noise was heard when pressing the clutch — likely a worn clutch release bearing.

Got straight to work:
🔩 Gearbox removed
🔧 Clutch kit replaced
🚀 Upgraded with a brand new clutch set

Job done! Smooth operation restored and noise completely gone 💯

🚐 軚盤一路有「格格聲」？唔好以為正常呀 😅

今次呢架 Toyota Estima ，軚盤／軚芯不停有異響，原來係軚芯 damper 老化失效。

🔧 更換軚芯 damper 後
✅ 即刻靜晒
✅ 軚感順返晒
✅ 再冇煩人雜聲 👍

小問題唔理，慢慢可能會愈來愈大聲，甚至影響駕駛感受 🚗
