I was having a look through some posts online about Rangebrook and came across this great post from a customer who purchased a Fiesta ST-3 Performance Pack from us last month.

Another busy morning at Rangebrook — and we hadn’t even opened our doors! 🚗

We had two customers interested in this Ford Fiesta, but one lady got in first and secured it with an overnight deposit before business hours this morning.

The job sheet has now been written up, preparation is underway and the Fiesta is lined up to go through the workshop ready for collection in the next couple of days.

Congratulations to our customer on snapping up this great little car. If you’ve got your eye on a vehicle, don’t hang around — the best ones don’t stay available for long! 👀

Another busy day comes to a close at Rangebrook and the gates are shut for the evening. 🚗🔒

A big well done to the team for their hard work today, including organising and refreshing our brand-new forecourt display. It’s always great to see everything looking its best and ready to welcome customers for another busy day tomorrow.

What many people don’t see is that the work doesn’t stop when the gates close. At a dealership that opens for business 7 days a week, there’s always something to do – from preparing vehicles and updating displays to maintaining standards across the site. It’s all part of ensuring every customer receives the best possible experience when they visit Rangebrook.

🚗 Another same-day handover at Rangebrook!

We had a customer visit us this afternoon after their car unfortunately let them down, leaving them needing something reliable for work first thing tomorrow morning.

Thankfully, we already had this stunning Mercedes-Benz A-Class on site, fully prepared, MOT’d, serviced, and ready to go. ✅

Our team moved quickly to organise the finance and make sure everything was sorted as smoothly as possible.

To help the customer out, the lads stayed behind a little later this evening so they could collect the car around 6:30pm and be back on the road ready for work tomorrow morning. 👏

Customer service is all about going the extra mile when people need it most — and we’re glad we could help get another customer back on the road the very same day.
