Hi all just a few points to mention going forward

* Any vehicles being recovered into the workshop for large repairs will be undertaken when the appropriate time arises to carry out the repairs, due to being a 1 man band and trying to put out a good quality service I can’t just down tools and jump onto a breakdown and put back customers already booked in

* I have also been quite lenient with payments allowing customers to collect vehicles and pay invoice when suits within the following days, I am busy enough without having to chase invoice payments so going forward all invoices will have to be cleared before collecting the vehicle
