The lads have been smashing it since I went off due to My son being in an accident , we really appreciate all the people who have moved appointments around at the last minute as we go through this chaotic time , normal business should resume in the next couple of weeks .

Smashing out tuning every day and running at 1 Wetbelt a day everyday for the past 3 weeks 🤯

BMW 320i N20 (2013) | Stage 2 with supporting mods

This N20 powered 320i made the trip down from North London for a full Stage 2 setup and the results were well worth the journey.

On the first run we saw -16 STFT so we got the trusty smoke tester out and found a massive leak where the MAF sensor wasn’t seated properly , 15 minutes later we ran her up again and trims were perfect 👌 this is the reason we datalog every job

📉 Factory Output: 184bhp / 270Nm

⚙️ Mapro Stage 2: 301bhp / 465Nm

A massive transformation in both power and torque, completely changing the character of the car while maintaining smooth, usable delivery.

The N20 platform responds exceptionally well when calibrated correctly, and this one delivered exactly what we hoped for.

Polite notice :

To say it’s busy at the moment is a understatement !

128 incoming calls today , 100+ emails , around 30 walk ins and business WhatsApp enquiries finishing at 67 for the day so please remember that when we tune your vehicles this service doesn’t include posts being written about your session on social media , we will do it as and when we get 5 mins , we all have lives and families outside of Mapro , tonight I had a message stating that “ the tuning was brilliant but a little disappointed we haven’t done a write up on his car “ my reply was simple “ did you pay us to tune your vehicle or write a Facebook post?”

We will get round to doing everyone’s posts but hassling us just means you’ll go to the back of the list .

What people don’t see is the daily madness and everything that goes on at Mapro to make the machine run as smoothly as it does , it’s a stressful environment and take today for example we had around 25 vehicles on site throughout the day so the last thing we want to be doing is writing posts of an evening.

We really appreciate every single booking that comes through us but please just bare in mind we are not a 24/7 service that sits on Facebook all day 🙂

Wetbelt failures are becoming increasingly common on these Transit engines and over the last two weeks alone, we’ve completed 7 wetbelt replacements.

This 2019 LWB automatic Transit came in showing clear signs of wetbelt degradation. We carried out a full repair using genuine Ford components throughout, including:

🔧 New wetbelt
🔧 New sump
🔧 New end case
🔧 Full clean-out of the oil system
🔧 Genuine Ford oil and filters

Once completed, the van was back on the road running exactly as it should.

This JCW came in for a full Dervtech ECU and TCU calibration, but before any tuning work began we carried out a full service to ensure the car was in perfect health.

We also completed the customer’s online service history update, keeping everything properly documented alongside the performance work.

With perfect datalogs throughout the session, the car responded exactly as expected.
