When you’re completing a motorway lesson and get stuck in a traffic jam for 20 minutes because of a swan in the carriageway!!!! 🤦‍♀️🥴
The swan was rescued BTW.

Information from the DVSA regarding changes to the driving test that will be effective from 24/11/2025.

🚗 Reducing the number of stops during the test from 4 to 3.
🚗 Lowering the frequency of emergency stops from 1 in 3 to 1 in 7 tests.
🚗 Adding flexibility to the independant driving - this can be following sat nav, traffic signs or both for the full duration of the test.

Drivers will also spend more time on higher speed roads and rural roads while on their driving test where possible.
