SWIPE 👉👉👉👉👉Nearly 15 years in the trade never had an issue. Once the customer uses my service they’re not just customers we actually become like friends or family. That’s how it’s always been.
He messaged me on WhatsApp asking about a rear screen no price discussed. The job was £50. When he walked in he put his hands together and begged me to knock £5 off it was only one window so I agreed to £45. I just knew after that this guy was going to be a problem just got that feeling. Then he says to me please bro make no bubbles. I told him you should’ve checked before you come I am well established and I’ve got great reviews.
He looked at the window which is perfect my jobs are done to a high standard. He looked and said so there’s no bubbles right. I said bro look it’s a clean tint job that’s when I said as a joke do you want a magnifying glass. I stayed calm I stayed professional. Then he left me a 5 star review then deleted it and came out with all this.
Look at the screenshot yourself. Two hours ago he left 5 stars saying surprisingly very good tint strongly recommend. Then he deleted it and put this 1 star saying I quoted £45 then tried charging £50. It’s the complete opposite of what happened. He begged me to take less and I agreed.
Some people just take the p**s out of small businesses. Quick to write a review when things don’t go exactly their way. It’s bang out of order.
I know I’m not the only one. So many of us work hard we go the extra mile we treat people right and still we get walked all over. We deserve respect too.
