Mk1 Ford es**rt Mexworth cosico, this is a full bare shell build with a freshly rebuilt YB 2.0 Cosworth and 5 speed manual, front coilovers, Ali rad and adjustable fan, willwood brakes, 13” minilite wheels, full cage, omp steering wheel, recent work including gearbox rebuild with long 5th gear for lower rpm on a run.
Engine strip and rebuild with new pistons, shells etc.
Not an original Mexico shell.
This is a very quick and exciting little machine.

Day 1 of speedfest was a bit of a snorkel and flippers job but our session was the only dry one of the day and the car went great!

Practice done and the car was awesome, probably the best it’s ever felt, and I was only on old tyres so should be a few seconds quicker on fresh slicks on Sunday.

My NASCAR is in the process of being prepped for American speedfest at Brands Hatch on the 6th & 7th of June.
This year she has all new brakes to try and reduce the overheating issues and a new rather special exhaust system.
