Here’s John applying some spray sealer on the Mk1 es**rt RS1600! We kept as much factory stuff on there as possible, only removing what was needed to clean up any rust worms in the metalwork. Now it’s protected, we apply spray sealer over those areas to give it the factory look once again!👌🏼

Following our Viking Motors Open Day, we're proud to have raised £300 for Rotherham Hospice.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, bought a drink, grabbed some food, displayed a vehicle or simply came to support the day. Every penny raised will help Rotherham Hospice continue the incredible work they do for local families.

Double trouble!

Two of our projects are well on there way…..

Our little Mini is not far off ready for its full paint and today briefly fired up for the first time! Once it’s all done, keep your eyes peeled as it’ll be going up for sale! ✌🏼

And then “the gaffers” Domino Pimlico (fibreglass Mini kit car) that’s running a Honda B16 vtec engine! 😎

Both are gonna be very cool when they’re complete and both are a great example of what we’re all about here.💪🏼

WOW... What a day!

A massive thank you to every single person who came along to our Viking Motors Open Day today.

We honestly didn't expect such an incredible turnout. We completely ran out of space and even ended up taking over the street! It was fantastic to see so many amazing vehicles, friendly faces and families enjoying the day together.

A huge thank you to everyone who displayed their cars, vans, bikes and tractors, as well as everyone who simply came along to support the event. You all helped make it a brilliant day.

Most importantly, thanks to your generosity we raised £300 for Rotherham Hospice. ❤️ A fantastic local charity that does incredible work, and we're proud that today's event will help support them.

The response has been amazing, so we'll definitely be looking at making this even bigger and better next time!

A familiar face!

We did a repair on this classic camper a few months back, so it was hard to see it turn up suffering from a rear end bump again! Only this time, it was a little worse. With the rear bumper straightened and the rear 1/4 repaired we also gave the orange on the front a coat of paint at the customers request because of previous paintwork being off colour.

Safe to say it’s back together and looking fresh again. Come along this Saturday and see it at our show where the customer is collecting it from and see our work first hand. 😎

This is the final stage of epoxy being applied by none other than our soon to be qualified apprentice Ellis! The panels are now back on and it really does look like a brand new Mk1 Es**rt shell….its insane just how clean all the factory seams and joins still are! Make sure to have a wonder around it this Saturday!✌🏼

Not every car has to be finished to turn heads.

Some arrive polished to perfection... others are still on axle stands, in primer or waiting for that final piece of the puzzle.

Every great build starts somewhere, and we love seeing the journey just as much as the finished result.

If you've got a project tucked away in the garage, don't be afraid to bring it along this Saturday. We'd much rather see a car that's being built and enjoyed than one hidden away.
