A huge congratulations to one very special pupil who passed her driving test first time today! Gemma🚗🎉
She started lessons with me when she was just 17, but thanks to a busy boxing career and the challenge of finding time to fit in her theory test, her driving journey has been a stop-start one over the years.
Seven years later, all the hard work, determination and perseverance have finally paid off. Despite the long road to get here, she turned up today and absolutely smashed it with a first-time pass, in Hartlepool and in her own car.
I couldn’t be prouder of her. She’s shown the same dedication and resilience in her driving as she has in her boxing career, and it’s been a pleasure to be part of her journey.
