This T2 Westfalia has been in Clive’s ownership for 33 years! 🍊
Clive racks up the miles each year in his T2, visiting motorsport events up and down the country and overseas. Having been under his long-term ownership for 33 years, the time has come to tick off some major jobs to keep this Westfalia in good health.
Over the past couple of years, we’ve carried out a full roof restoration, replaced the front axle beam, wheel bearings, brake discs and calipers.
On his most recent visit, Clive returned with a newly installed 2110cc engine and gearbox, to which we carried out its 500-mile running in service. With the newly installed Stage 1 clutch making the pedal heavy to operate, we installed a clutch pulley kit to reduce pedal effort, making it lighter than standard.
We also fitted a set of dashboard-mounted gauges to monitor voltage, oil pressure and temperature, alongside a brake servo upgrade.
This T2 has come a long way in recent years, and we’d like to thank Clive for continuing to entrust us with these upgrades. 🙏
