There’s more good news for MG owners! The MGS5 EV has taken first place in its class in a nationwide 2026 reliability survey, while the MG5 electric estate finished third among all electric cars.
MG was also named the year’s most-improved manufacturer, achieving its first-ever top-ten finish: 9th out of 30 brands, with a 92.0% reliability score.
The survey gathered feedback from 39,332 UK vehicle owners, covering 225 models. It assessed faults, repair costs and time off the road to reflect the real ownership experience.
These results follow investment in MG’s parts distribution, dealership training and technical support to help keep customers moving.
The MGS5 EV also offers:
