We won’t charge you for it, if you don’t need it!

This client was originally booked in for ceramic coatings all round.

During the wash stages we noticed that the wheels were already ceramic coated right the way through.

We could have just coated them again and took the payment from the client.

To be honest he would have never known that they were already ceramic coated.

But that’s not the business we are building.

So we informed him that it was not necessary and showed him why.

It saved him an unnecessary bill and further built his trust for us, so if we recommend something in future he will know he actually needs it.

Honesty really is the best policy in business.

We’ve built a strong, positive reputation over the years by always being honest with our clients, through every interaction.

This 26 plate Mazda MX5 came covered in swirl marks.

The client was not happy, feeling that this was not what a new car should look like.

And we agree.

Firstly, a thorough exterior deep clean and decontamination was completed, so that we can achieve the best polishing results for the client.

We then completed a Single Stage paint correction to remove these swirls and light defects, before applying some protection.

It’s looking new again and ready to be enjoyed!
