Boat 318 – Windows & Portholes
The porthole and window openings are now being cut into Boat 318.

Another stage where precision really matters measured, cut and shaped properly as the cabin continues to come together.

BOAT 318 – NEXT STAGE UNDERWAY

Another update from the workshop as Boat 318 continues to take shape.

The roof is now on, and the bow and stern bulkheads are going in
It’s always a great stage to see, as the boat starts to feel more complete with every piece fitted.

BOAT 318 – ROOF ON, CABIN TAKING SHAPE

If you’ve ever wondered how the roof goes onto a narrowboat… this is how.

The roof for Boat 318 was fully made up on the workshop floor before being hoisted into the air and carefully fitted onto the cabin sides.

Piece by piece, Boat 318 is really starting to look the part.
