🚐 Another AdBlue headache sorted today in Cambridge! 🚐

We travelled over to Cambridge to work on a 2015 Mercedes C250 Estate that was suffering from the common AdBlue countdown issue.

The customer had already replaced multiple parts trying to cure the fault, but the countdown kept returning, leaving him constantly having to reset it using his diagnostic equipment. Unfortunately, this is a common problem we see on these vehicles and replacing components doesn't always solve the root cause.

After carrying out our proven AdBlue solution, the countdown issue has now been permanently eliminated, meaning no more warning messages, no more restarts being blocked, and no more repeated diagnostic resets.

🚗💨 2019 Peugeot Partner 1.6 HDi in the workshop today with multiple fault codes, including two ECU internal faults and a turbo actuator fault.

These Bosch EDC17C60 ECUs are known to suffer from internal failures, so after confirming the issue, the customer sourced a replacement ECU.

✅ Full ECU clone completed successfully
✅ Replacement ECU installed
✅ Vehicle back up and running

Another successful diagnostic and cloning job completed. Sometimes replacing sensors and actuators isn't the answer—the ECU itself can be the culprit.

🚗💨 2020 Peugeot 3008 1.5 BlueHDi in the workshop today for our full DPF removal package.

This vehicle arrived with a completely blocked DPF, causing severe restriction and poor drivability. The blockage was so severe that the vehicle would barely run until the lambda sensor was removed to relieve exhaust backpressure.

Another happy customer back on the road 💨

Customer travelled all the way from London today with his 2020 Ford Galaxy 2.0 TDCi running the SID212 ECU after struggling to find anyone local willing to sort the issue properly.

Vehicle arrived stuck in limp mode due to DPF problems. We carried out our proven DPF solution, AdBlue solution, and a custom eco remap — restoring full performance and drivability instantly ✅

Customer has now driven back to London with no limp mode issues and will be getting the DPF physically removed by his garage down there.

2016 Ford Transit Custom 2.2 TDCi in today for a full Stage 1 remap along with DPF & EGR solutions ✅

Customer had already had the DPF removed elsewhere but the software side had not been done correctly causing ongoing issues and poor running. We carried out the correct DPF & EGR solutions and got everything running properly as it should 👌

We then finished this one off with our custom Stage 1 remap giving the van a much better power delivery, smoother drive and improved pulling power for everyday work use 🚚💨
