Such ashame the iconic Phillip Island Circuit is no longer part of the MotoGP calendar. Worst still, the last race being cancelled due to weather!!

Reminds me when I had the pleasure of riding the track a while back.

T12 was my favorite.

🏁 THE RACE SEASON IS COMING TO AN END… BUT THE WORK DOESN’T STOP! 🏁

As another race season draws to a close, our attention starts turning towards next year’s builds, servicing, upgrades and preparations.

Every year, we see the same thing happen. The winter months fly by, and suddenly there’s a massive rush to get bikes ready for European testing, the first trackdays, spring ride-outs and the start of the new race season.

Our advice? Get ahead of the rush and book early!

Whether it’s a fork service, shock service, suspension upgrades, a full refresh or something else entirely, getting booked in over the quieter months can save a lot of last-minute stress.

One thing that has always been a challenge in a busy workshop is TIME.

Time to fit customers in when they need us.

Time to diagnose an issue between race weekends.

Time to get a bike turned around when the next event is fast approaching.

During the height of the season, lead times can stretch out, and we know how frustrating that can be when you’ve got dates booked and a bike that needs attention.

To help tackle this, we’ve brought another mechanic into the business, bringing years of motorsport experience along with a strong background in off-road riding and machinery.

This gives us more workshop capacity and, importantly, more flexibility to support our customers when they need us most.

🏁 NOW, HERE’S SOMETHING WE’D LIKE YOUR FEEDBACK ON…

We’ve been considering introducing a Priority Workshop Booking Scheme, specifically aimed at trackday riders and club racers.

The idea is simple:

✅ A guaranteed workshop slot within 7 days of contacting us.

✅ Priority access when something needs diagnosing, servicing or repairing.

✅ Less worrying about workshop availability when you’ve got an event coming up.

To make this work properly, we’d have to limit the number of people on the scheme. After all, there’s no point offering priority access if we can’t deliver on it!

Naturally, reserving that workshop capacity comes at a cost to the business, so there would need to be an additional charge of some kind, potentially through an annual membership, increased labour rate or a monthly fee that would also include a out-of-hours advice line.

But before we go any further, we want to hear from YOU.

Would having guaranteed priority access to a workshop be something you’d find valuable?

Would it give you peace of mind knowing that, if something went wrong between events, you wouldn’t be stuck waiting weeks for a workshop slot?

Yamaha XT660 Ténéré – Rear Shock Service 💪

This one certainly came into the workshop looking like it had seen a few adventures! 😬

Years of road grime, dirt and general abuse had left this Sachs rear shock looking more than a little worse for wear!

But underneath all that muck was a shock well worth giving some TLC! 👌

From a proper manky mess to a lovely clean finish! 😍

But we're not finished yet! 💪

One final weekend, one final push, and we're heading to Brands Hatch determined to finish our maiden season on a high!

Hmmmmmmm..... what do we have here? Yamaha MT10 presented with a generic "up map" from a cheap £££££ "tuner" and once again we have proved that these are garbage! We are only posting this as its the THIRD in 7 days. The stock ECU data performed better!! Custom mapping took it even further.
