A spot of trouble before the show. We are going to camper on Friday and dais bass van decided to give us a spot of bother but better now than on the weekend. A faulty loom was causing the throttle pedal to stop working so we decided to change the hole loom and thought this would be a good time to show this van off as we have not given it the credit it deserves. What original started out as a vr6 limo genuine projektzwo van is now our show van and used for weekend fun. We will have this on display Saturday and Sunday at camper jam along with the shed on wheels and John's hydro van if anyone is there pop over and say hi

Vw t4 2.8 vr6 multivan to 2.5 tdi engine conversion.
A common fault with these vr6 engines this one was burning oil running on 2 cylinders less and the automatic gearbox was faulty but this multivan was far to clean to be scrapped so after a chat with our customer he decided to go down the tdi route.
Fuel tank swapped with fuel pipes
Heater matrix replaced as it was leaking
Wiring converted to tdi
Pedal box swapped
2.5 tdi acv engine and a/c parts
New cambelt
