Job Opportunity: Retail & Customer Service Assistant

Biker Gear Superstore & Northern Caravans – Warrington Hours: 9am–5pm, Monday to Saturday (Min of 30 hours) - Closed Sundays.

Biker Gear Superstore and Northern Caravans are looking for a flexible, reliable, and self‑motivated person to join our team in a combined retail and customer‑service role. This is a varied position supporting two well‑established local businesses under one roof.

Full UK CAR driving license is required and due to Insurance you must be over 25 years old



About the Role

You’ll be working across both departments, helping customers with motorbike gear, accessories, and caravan sales enquiries. No two days are the same, and you’ll need to be comfortable working independently as well as part of a small team.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting customers in both the motorbike gear and caravan areas

Handling sales, enquiries, and general shop duties

Keeping the showroom tidy and well‑presented

Working unsupervised and managing your own workload

Providing friendly, knowledgeable service at all times



What We’re Looking For

Someone flexible with working hours

Able to work confidently without supervision

Good communication and people skills

An interest in motorbikes or caravans is a bonus — but not essential

A positive attitude and willingness to learn
