One of our regular customers gave us a call on Monday after his HD9 Traxter started playing up. It was due for a service as well, so we said, "Bring it down tomorrow and we'll get it sorted!" 👌

We know how important it is to get you back up and running, so we always do our best to get your machine into the workshop as soon as we can.

As soon as the Traxter arrived, our team carried out its scheduled service and thoroughly investigated the reported issues.

Even though everything checked out, we gave the machine a full health check and a good once-over to make sure everything was in top condition. During which we advised the customer his CVT belt needed urgent replacement as it was badly worn, as well as slight play in his tie rods.

We thrive on giving our customer's complete peace of mind before taking their vehicles back away.

No job is too big when you've got the right team. 🔧

We had a new customer contact us asking if we could carry out some upgrades to his Renegade X XC 1000R, these upgrades included:

✅ A winch
✅ X MR Front Ball Bar and Rear Ball Bar
✅ X MR Rear Bumper

The challenge we faced? The X MR Front Ball Bar wasn't designed to fit this model.

The customer was keen to make it work and after discussing the options with the workshop, we were given the go-ahead to do what was needed. Our technicians got to work. Using their experience, attention to detail, and a bit of custom fabrication, they modified the bar to achieve a professional fit and finish.

Shaun and Tyler in our workshop didn't just meet expectations—they exceeded them 👏👏👏
