27.10.2026 ~ Storm Boelo continues to challenge us at Maiden Marine.

We still have no power, phones or internet, so it is a bit cold, dark and quiet in our building!

We are however picking up your calls and e mails and those who can, are working from home. The shop is open if you need emergency lines or extra fenders, but we can only accept cash payments at this time.

There has been some damage to boats on the water and we would strongly recommend if you aren't planning to sail your boat again this winter, that you remove the sails and canopies to reduce the windage on the boat, this will protect the sails and the rig. Less windage will also put less stress on the mooring.

If you would like us to remove sails and canopies, winterise your boat against frost, or replace the mooring strops, please contact us by e mail to [email protected].
