A really nice V8 AMG Mercedes fitted with the wrong size discs. The previous garage had fitted them and carried out 3 MOT’s in the following years and never spotted the issue. Even the customer was unaware…

Oh dear, this customer brought their car in to us after an MOT fail at another Wolverhampton garage. After declining to address the engine light issues it was scanned by us, we identified the problem and we quickly resolved it. We didn’t expect to see the other MOT fails addressed with incompetence. The track rod ends have been put on the wrong sides causing the wheel to foul the steering, a significant, obvious and dangerous issue and another Fail. Furious for the customer to say the least; cheap parts fitted by incompetent staff and allowed to leaved in a dangerous state. Shame on you…
I’m pleased to say we have addressed the issue but now leaving the customer chasing a refund…
