Lovely Baywindow in for gearbox fault. Stuck in first gear, we removed the gearbox and stripped it down to find the selector hockey stick and ball badly worn. After replacing with new parts and fresh oil it’s working perfect and saved the customer a huge gearbox replacement cost. .

Qr Wuattro bonnet repair and repaint. Those that know the front lip of the bonnet is prone for corrosion. This one had the corrosion repaired with filler before and just came back through. We cut out the corrosion and repaired the lip, seen in second photo if you look closely. Took off several coats of paint and repainted with the novol for classic car system. Good for many years to come.

We have the pleasure of doing this rare 1979 Passat B shell for a customer. After years of being covered in a wrap it’s been stripped by our customer to a bare shell for the necessary welding repairs and full repaint. like and follow for more.
