Nerd Monday time.

The Catalytic Converters on the Gen 1 bikes, although dimensionally exactly the same as the Gen 2 cats, were built using a different honeycomb design.

The Gen 1’s have an interesting swirl type pattern.

Gen 2’s have a more uniform design. And the very late ones had a QR code on the sides.

Sorted through, labelled and boxed all the Ackro exhausts this morning.

I even found ANOTHER perfect set of the removable Baffle types. They are absolutely minty fresh!
I will offer them to the people that missed the first set.

Also, found a spare NOS carbon marrow for the H2 trackbike tucked away!

So, following on the Ackro exhausts obsession theme. I had a quick stocktake.

I think my ‘collecting’ may be getting out of hand?!

There is only one other person I know, anywhere, that has more Ackro’s than me. And we always laugh whenever I see inside his garage.

BUT, I think I beat him with the kitkat tower of Enviromental Happiness?

All the Ackro’s are for sale, but if you want cheap, look on Fleabay….
