Got a question about warranty on a motorhome you’re looking at?

Give the TMD Motorhomes team a call 😊

Choosing your first motorhome?

Or upgrading to something new?

There’s a lot to think about, and the right one really depends on how you like to travel.

Here are a few questions worth asking yourself before you start looking:

🛏️ What layout suits you? Over-cab bed, island bed, singles with an L-shaped lounge, a compact van conversion, or a high fixed bed with a big garage underneath?

💧 Will you be heading off grid? If so, you’ll want to know how much water the tank holds.

🔋 Do you need lithium batteries and an inverter, or will you mostly be on hook-up?

⚖️ Have you got enough payload for everything you want to bring, and the right licence to drive it?

Get those sorted and you’re left with the best bit. Waking up somewhere new, opening the door to a fresh view, and enjoying your morning coffee wherever the road takes you. 🌄

Not sure which motorhome is right for you?

Pop in or give the TMD Motorhomes team a call and we’ll help you find your perfect match.

Buying a motorhome could be one of the biggest purchases you’ll make outside of your house, so it pays to know what to check before you hand over any money.

In this video, we run through the key things to look out for, including:

💧 Damp, and why it can be one of the most expensive problems to put right
🔧 Habitation checks and making sure everything on board actually works
📋 Service history, tyres and any advisories that need attention
⚖️ Payload, so you know you can carry everything you want to take away with you
🪪 Your driving licence, as not every licence covers every motorhome

Buying from a reputable dealer means most of this is covered for you, with the paperwork to back it up.

Buying privately? Make sure you’ve got answers to all of the above before you commit.

Got questions about a motorhome you’re looking at? Give us a call.

We’re always happy to help. 😊
