After a 2 bed house in york may consider outskirts to rent must accept a very well behaved jack Russel.
Must have a garden.
Must have parking.

Not looking for a big agency that is going to charge big vetting fees etc just a private landlord.

Ideally 1.2k a month or less but could stretch a little more as I know 1.2k doesn't go far in york.

⭐️workshop finally aquired⭐️

12 years ago wishing I was a mechanic.
8 years ago wishing I worked for myself.
Last 3 years wishing I had a workshop.

Hard work and dedication is paying off 🙌
I haven't had a day off because of the weather I just battle through, snow, cold, wind i was still there! but finally expanding to my own workshop 😎.

Good work ethic, hard work, luck and alot of support from customers is paying off 🙌

12.5k mileage wetbelt change🤙

I recommend every 60k.

I have seen a couple of belts fail at 30k-35k but this is very rare!

Oil and filter with genuine parts every 8k-10k/yearly helps.

Sometimes I manage to squeeze the odd extra job in 💸😉

This one was done by ford only 35k/2 years ago!
This van has alot of short journeys and idling hours though which never helps!
