✨ Rental Wizard - Advice No. 1:
What is needed for vehicle pick-up?
Your upcoming trip is planned, your bags are packed, and you're ready to hit the road! 🧳🚘 But before we hand over the keys, let’s make sure your pick-up process is as smooth and fast as possible.
In our very first advice series, we are breaking down the absolute essentials you need to bring to the counter. Please double-check your checklist, and if you haven't already done so, use our fast check-in option for even faster pick-up:
1️⃣ Valid Credit Card (in physical form)
This is the most important one! The credit card must be in the main driver's name and is required for the security deposit. 💡 Pro tip: Digital wallets (like Apple Pay/Google Pay), virtual cards, or debit cards cannot be used for the deposit, so make sure to bring the actual physical plastic card with you!
2️⃣ Passport or ID & Driver’s Licence
We need to verify your identity and ensure you're legally ready to drive. Please make sure your documents are valid and written in the Latin alphabet so our team can easily process them.
3️⃣ Voucher in Digital Form
Save a tree! 🌳 There’s no need to print anything out. Just have your booking confirmation voucher ready on your smartphone, show it to our agent, and you're good to go.
