Я купил франшизу у Chip365 Tuning и открыл Chip365TuningIreland.
Вместе с франшизой я получил KESS3. Насколько я понимал, я покупал Master-инструмент, готовый к работе.
Позже я обнаружил, что на моём KESS3 не были активированы необходимые протоколы.
По сути, у меня был KESS3 — но без необходимых протоколов я не мог использовать его для той работы, ради которой я его получил.
В то время я ещё не знал, как всё было связано между собой.
Франшизу я купил у Chip365 Tuning, а система тюнинг-файлов и кредитов была связана с MyChiptuningFiles.
Я напрямую заплатил MyChiptuningFiles €700 за кредиты.
Кредиты у меня есть до сих пор.
Но без необходимых протоколов на моём KESS3 эти кредиты для меня бесполезны.
Когда я узнал об этой проблеме, необходимые протоколы стоили примерно €2,000. Сколько они стоят сейчас — я не знаю.

Here is my story.
I bought a tuning franchise from Chip365 Tuning and opened Chip365TuningIreland.
As part of the franchise, I received a KESS3. I understood that I was getting a Master tool, ready for work.
Later, I discovered that the necessary protocols were not activated on my KESS3.
Basically, I had a KESS3 — but without the necessary protocols, I could not use it for the work I received it for.

I bought the franchise from Chip365 Tuning, while the tuning files and credit system were connected to MyChiptuningFiles.
I paid €700 directly to MyChiptuningFiles for credits.
I still have the credits.
But without the necessary protocols activated on my KESS3, those credits are useless to me.

How was I supposed to use €700 worth of credits when my KESS3 could not do the work I received it for without the necessary protocols?
I contacted Alientech in Italy, the company behind KESS3, and explained the whole situation.
I was told that they could not help me and that I needed to deal with MyChiptuningFiles.
I contacted MyChiptuningFiles.
Their answer was that they could not help me.
I asked for my €700 back.
They refused.
So here I am.
My €700 is still there.
The credits are still on my account.
But without the necessary protocols, those credits are useless to me.
I have the messages.
I have the payment records.
I have the correspondence.
I am not asking for anything that is not mine.
I only want what I believe is fair.
