Quick Walk around video of the old Toyota Hiace polished up yesterday, using Cartec Ireland polish and pad combos, finished in Soft99 1 year Fusso Coat Wax.

Before and after - 1993 Toyota Hiace!

After being mechanically restored and put back on Irish roads, it was time to get the exterior spruced up!

Barra uses this van as a work horse, where he travels around ireland to showcase his skills and inventions. The van is completely practical, with solar panels on the roof, a towbar and a 2.5 straight diesel engine ready to tow.

I personally have been following his journey on this restoration and offered my services to give it a good buff.
The goal for today wasn't a perfect paint job, but to restore the shine to its sun faded red paintwork. Safe to say we achieved that and sealed it in with FussoWax 1 year Coating, which boasts UV protection to prevent further fading.

The van proudly wears it's scuffs and scars with pride and each ding has a story to tell, from times past.
It's full of character just like himself and will bring smiles to all those who see it on the roads of Co.Louth.

It was an absolute pleasure to be out at yard today to see his inventions and homemade renewable energy equipment, and the famous, oul Hiace, got a quick buff while I was there 😉

Thank you for having me!

Today wasn't about doing a job, it was about hanging out with like minded people doing like minded things!
