On 28 September 2026, B. Braun Lanka (Pvt) Ltd successfully hosted AHK Sri Lankaโs Q3 HR Sector Committee Meeting at its office premises located at the World Trade Center - Colombo. Ms. Roshali Nakandala, Head of Human Resources & Corporate Communication at B. Braun Lanka, shared how the company brings sustainability into its peopleโs strategy. Her insightful presentation led to an engaging exchange on employee initiatives, company culture, cross-border career development and the use of AI in HR.
AHK Sri Lankaโs Chief Delegate, Mr. Martin Klose, also introduced a planned Job Fair combined with a Christmas Market at the Goethe-Institute, in cooperation with the Goethe-Institute and DAAD. Taking place in December, the event will provide companies with a valuable opportunity to connect with students from PASCH schools and learners enrolled in the Goethe-Instituteโs German language courses. It will serve as a platform for companies to engage with young, motivated talent, introduce their organisations, and explore potential career and employment opportunities with future graduates.
Our sincere appreciation to B. Braun Lanka and Ms. Roshali Nakandala for hosting our committee members and for their warm hospitality. A selection of finger food and refreshments, complemented by thoughtfully curated gifts reflecting the ESG theme, provided a fitting and memorable conclusion to the meeting.
