📄 GBY Group Sustainability Report 2025 is now live.

For us, sustainability reporting is not only about meeting future requirements. It is about building a more transparent, structured and responsible way of working across the Group.

Although sustainability reporting under EU requirements is not yet mandatory for GBY Group, we have been preparing for this step for several years. Our first sustainability report was published in 2023, and since then we have continued developing our reporting process in line with CSRD and ESRS principles.

The 2025 report was prepared on a consolidated Group level and reflects our progress across key areas: environment, people, governance, risk management and responsible business practices.

In transport and logistics, sustainability is a long-term process. There is still work to do, and we do not see this as a finished result. But step by step, we are building the structure, data and internal discipline needed to move in the right direction. 🌱

Recognising the people behind every mile. 🚛

Starting from May, each month at GBY Group we recognize one general cargo driver and one car-carrier driver for their overall performance behind the wheel and contribution.

Our evaluation looks at a broader picture: eco-driving performance, number of unloadings, distance covered, safety, responsibility and work quality.

The Best Drivers of May are:

Growth built on diversification.

We recently presented GBY Group’s 2025 consolidated results to our team. Before sharing the numbers publicly, we wanted to first discuss them internally — with the people who are part of this growth every day.

The main takeaway was clear: GBY Group is no longer defined by one business direction alone.

Just a few years ago, the Group was mainly built around car transportation, with several new activities only beginning to develop. Today, GBY Group brings together more than 10 operating areas across transport, mobility, rental, car sales, mobile service, investments and real estate.

That broader structure is becoming one of the key drivers of our growth.

In 2025, consolidated turnover grew by +62%, from €90M+ in 2024 to €140M+ in 2025.

From rallycross speed to rally-raid endurance —Rokas Baciuška continues to show what true versatility looks like.

One day behind the wheel of a rallycross supercar. Another day taking on Argentina’s demanding terrain in the Defender Dakar D7X-R. Different discipline, different surface, different rhythm — same determination, precision and hunger to improve.

"Desafío Ruta 40" was another strong reminder that progress is built in difficult conditions: dust, rocks, altitude, sand, long days and constant pressure. Rokas and Oriol Vidal brought home another important result (P2) in the W2RC Stock class and showed once again what focus and resilience look like at the highest level.
