ဖော်ပြပါ ဈေးနှုန်းများမှာ ၂၄ နာရီတစ်ရက် နှုန်းထားဖြစ်ပြီး အကယ်၍ နာရီကျော်လွန်ပါက သတ်မှတ်ထားသော နာရီကြေးပေးဆောင်ရပါမည်။ ဖော်ပြပါ ကီလိုမီတာ (၄၀၀) မှာ
(၂၄)နာရီ အတွက်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ( ဥပမာ ) ၃ ရက်ငှားရမ်းမည်ဆိုပါက ( ၁၂၀၀ ) ကီလိုမီတာ အသုံးပြုခွင့်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ကျော်လွန်ပါက သတ်မှတ်ထားသော ကီလိုမီတာကြေး ထပ်မံပေးဆောင်ရပါမည်။

Cancellation & Recervation

Tripman has no cancellation fee when Tripman is advised 48 hours prior to the reserved rental start date. Tripman does not charge any amendment fee up to 48 hours prior to rental start date however should a reservation be amended the client will have to pay the rate available at the time of change. No refund is possible for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the reserved rental start date & time and for cancellations after the planned pick-up date. Tripman does not refund should the client show up to the counter without a valid driver's license. Tripman does not refund should the client present an invalid passport ID or NRC ID, invalid driving license and other required file at the counter. Tripman does not refund any unused days if the customer does not show up, shows up late or returns the vehicle early.

A renter has to present a valid driving license, passport ID or Original NRC and household list at the time of pick-up.
If you want to make a reservation with someone else’s name, you can make a reservation for someone else on Tripman. The person who's picking up the rental car has to bring a passport or NRC and driving license in his/her own name though.
Payment Information

Customer has to pay in full to Tripman at time of reservation. Only upon receipt of full payment We will send the car rental voucher to the customer. All prices are based on 24-hour periods starting with the pick-up time. The charged price is valid for the confirmed duration. Variations can result in additional charges locally. in case of late returns the car rental company might charge the extra hours/days at locally applicable rates.

In order to pay the booking, we accept the major bank to bank transfer, cash, e banking, i banking, mobile banking, Wave money, True money, KBZ pay etc…
Age Restriction and license

Certain regulations apply related to minimum age and possession of driver's license which can be found during the booking process depending on the booked vehicle. The minimum age to rent a vehicle in Myanmar is 21 and the driver must have a valid driver's license for one year. For certain specialty and larger-sized vehicles the minimum age of 25 years of age or brown color license [D] or red color License [E] applied in Myanmar.
If a renter is a foreigner who live in with visiting visa can drive with international driving license, an official translation of the Driver's license printed with non Roman Alphabet (Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic etc) must be complemented by an international driver's license. License must be presented with the original license.

Most of Our reservations are confirmed within minutes after making payment. If making a last minute reservation (pick up within the next 48 hours) we strongly suggest you contact our reservations center on +959457212117.
The actual rental is based on a 24-hours basis and starts with the exact time of pick-up which normally is printed on the rental agreement.
Prices Calculated

Our car rental prices are based on a 24-hour time period, e.g. if you reserve and pick up your car rental at 09:00 you will have to drop it off at 09:00 at the latest. If you return the car late you often will be charged for an additional day.
Reservation voucher required

Reservation vouchers are required when you pick-up your rental car. At time of pick-up you have to present the Our voucher together with your driver license, passport ID or original NRC and other required file. Our vouchers contain specific information about the car you have reserved, the rental rate, and other details. Vouchers are emailed to you immediately upon receipt of payment. If you prefer a faxed copy, please let us know at time of booking. A rental agreement is completed at the rental counter at the time of pick-up. See our Sample Voucher for more information. Upon arrival at your destination, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement outlining the inclusions and exclusions. Please be sure to accept what you need and decline any items that you don't need or want. We cannot refund any charges that are accepted at the time of check out. Please note that your voucher is not a rental agreement.

Fuel rule

Generally, We are applying 4 different rules: Full/Full means that you receive and have to return the car with a full tank of gas. You will be charged for any missing fuel. Full/Empty a means that you either have the option to purchase the full tank of gas at time of pick-up and can return the car with an empty tank. Full/Empty B means that the first tank of gas is being charged at time of pick-up and you return the car with an empty tank. Half/Half means that you need to return the car with the same amount of fuel in the tank as at time of pick-up. No refund is being made for unused fuel.

All rental cars have comprehensive motor insurance.
Please be aware if you experience a accident with your rental car. You need to contact our reservation counter as soon as possible. In case of insurance policy.
Cross Borders
_______________
You need to request this at time of reservation. We do not permit any cross border travel with their rental cars, We charging an extra fee and with some this does not incur any extra charges. This depends on the destination and the driving territories/countries you plan to visit.
