Does it guarantee the engine check light won’t come on? No. But based on our experience with previous projects, it reduces the likelihood of it occurring. Besides,it also adds back pressure, decreases backfire and helps soften the exhaust sound.

So, you can be a good neighbour.

MT-09 V4 — Titanium Double Barrel 🔥

Every order we ship, locally or internationally, goes through manufacturing, test fitting and final checks to make sure everything is ready before packing and sending it out.

These extra steps take time, and we appreciate you giving us the time to get it right.

Thank you for understanding that good work takes time.

Valve control ❌Flame control ✅ KingLuq
Is it bad? No. It’s called backfire or after fire. Happens during high RPM gear change/ quick shift. Is it bad for the engine? No. It only increases the wear and tear of the exhaust muffler.

Welding titanium is 5x more difficult compared to stainless because :

1. Preparation : These pie- cut pieces have to be properly and thoroughly cleaned to avoid contaminants. Just a single drop of oil/ grease can screw up the welds.

2. Weld on the inside : the term called purging. Not only the outside but the insides has to be welded. The oxygen inside the pipes has to be replaced with argon.

3. A very “ATAS” material: Titanium only can be welded with titanium. Not anything else.
