Some customers come to us through online enquiries, some walk into our showroom, and some come through referrals. But every referral reminds me that trust built with one customer can lead to another meaningful connection. ❤️

Mr. Jonathan was introduced to me by Mr. Ang, the very first customer I served on my first day working at Chery! 🥹

From my very first day until today, it really means a lot to know that a customer I served back then is willing to recommend me to his friends.

✨ 146th Customer – Mr. Lee ✨

I can still clearly remember the day Mr. Lee came for his test drive 🌝 He brought along his fiancée and two close friends, and the questions he asked were seriously detailed! 😅

At one point, even my colleague said to me, “Wow, your customer asks some really deep questions!” 🤣 Honestly, there were a few questions that almost caught me off guard!

After the test drive, they didn't place a booking immediately. Instead, they went on to test several other brands and spent almost two months comparing their options.

Then, we finally got back in touch — and that led us to today's delivery ☺️

When he decided to book, I was curious and asked him what made him choose Chery after looking at so many other brands.

His answer was simple:

**“The value for money is really high. It's powerful yet fuel-efficient.”** 🤭

But what made me even happier was what he said next — after visiting so many brands, he felt that I was the one who could answer their questions properly. On top of that, he found my service attitude comfortable and easy to deal with, which gave him even more confidence in his decision 🫰🏻

For me, that's one of the most meaningful parts of being a salesperson. It's not about pushing someone to buy. It's about having enough product knowledge to answer their questions, giving them the space to compare, and earning their trust along the way.

Lee 哥第一次来试车时的画面，到现在还在我脑里记忆犹新 🌝

当时他带着未婚妻和两位好友一起过来试驾，重点是——他们问了超级多深入的问题！😅 问到后来，我的同事都忍不住说：

**“哇，你这个顾客问的问题好深！”** 🤣

老实说，有几个问题还真的差点把我问到答不上来 😅 不过也正因为这样，我反而觉得这是一位非常认真做功课的顾客。

他们试完车之后并没有马上给定金，而是继续去试驾其他品牌的汽车 🚙 慢慢比较、慢慢研究。就这样，隔了差不多两个月，我们再次联系上，才有了今天的画面 ☺️

当他决定下订的时候，我也很好奇地问他：

**“看了那么多牌子，为什么最后还是选择奇瑞？”**

他的回答让我蛮开心的 🤭

他说：

**“这辆车的性价比真的很高，又有力又省油！”**

但让我更加有满足感的是，他接下来告诉我的原因——他们去了那么多品牌，问了那么多问题，最后发现**只有我能够把他们的问题一个一个回答清楚** 🤭

再加上整个沟通过程中，他觉得我的服务态度很舒服、没有压力，所以让他们对这次选择多了一份信心 🫰🏻

其实对我来说，这就是做销售最有满足感的地方。

不是一直催顾客下订，而是当顾客愿意认真比较的时候，我有足够的专业知识回答他们的问题，也给他们足够的时间去了解、去选择。最后能够靠自己的专业和服务赢得他们的信任，这才是最值得开心的事情 ❤️

✨ 145th Customer – Mr. Syamil ✨

Another customer I got to know through the internet! Mr. Syamil first contacted me because he was looking for a suitable SUV for his wife. After doing some research, the Tiggo Cross Hybrid quickly caught his attention 😬

One of the main reasons he chose us was our Google Reviews. He noticed that we had plenty of reviews, and more importantly, many of them were positive. To him, good reviews gave him the confidence that he was choosing a dealer with reliable service and proper after-sales support 🤭

But the reason behind this purchase was even more meaningful ❤️ His wife is going to be working at a new location that is much further from home, which means she’ll be spending more time on the road every day.
