Today, we’re sharing a "Double Major Surgery" on this MINI Cooper. It arrived at Euroart Tuning suffering from two massive headaches at the same time: one in the cabin (A/C), and one right in the heart (Engine).

❄️ Surgery 1: The Naked Dashboard
The owner complained that the A/C air suddenly stopped blowing. The culprits? A dead Blower Motor and a burnt-out Resistor. To reach these components, half the interior had to be completely stripped down. We replaced them with Genuine BMW/MINI parts so the owner won’t have to worry about us taking their dashboard apart ever again.
⚙️ Surgery 2: The Oil-Burning Engine
Blowing white smoke from the exhaust and constantly having to top up engine oil? These are classic symptoms of hardened Valve Stem Seals.
Take a look at We used a specific Special Tool to extract and replace the seals WITHOUT having to remove or dismantle the entire Cylinder Head. This level of work requires serious precision! Notice how we arranged the internal valvetrain components like Lego blocks? That’s how we ensure a clean, meticulous job with zero "extra" screws left behind.
