Bij Mosselman Turbo Systems zijn we op zoek naar een zelfstandige monteur om ons team te versterken. Of je nu net een relevante autotechnische opleiding hebt afgerond of al de nodige ervaring hebt opgedaan in de werkplaats: als jij passie hebt voor autotechniek en zelfstandig kunt werken, maken we graag kennis met je.

Our S58 turbochargers, built to push beyond stock limits. 🔥

Starting from brand new OEM/MHI cores, each turbo is upgraded in-house with carefully engineered Mosselman components. Designed to deliver more airflow, less backpressure and a powerband that keeps pulling where stock turbos fall off.

But performance like this doesn’t happen by chance.

Every turbo is assembled part by part and goes through both low speed and high speed balancing. At speeds over 100.000 RPM, even the smallest imbalance can lead to vibrations, power loss or long term damage. That’s why precision in this process is everything.

The result is a turbo that spools fast, delivers consistent power and remains reliable, even under extreme conditions.

Up to around 950 hp capable with the right setup, but more importantly, a completely different driving experience.

This M2 G87 came back for more. 👀🔥

We’ve had this car in our workshop before for a CS map, but apparently, that wasn’t enough. This time, the owner wanted to unlock even more of the S58’s potential.

We started with a service to make sure everything was in top condition before moving on to the performance upgrades:

🔧 Full service
⚡ Custom Mosselman Stage 1+ ECU remap
⚙️ xHP transmission software

The result?

**617 hp and 793 Nm.** 🚀

That’s a serious step up from the standard setup. Sharper throttle response, stronger acceleration and a much more aggressive power delivery throughout the rev range.

BMW M4 Cabrio G83 Stage 3+. Back for some well deserved maintenance. 🔥

After weeks of enjoying the performance of this Stage 3+ M4, it was time to bring it back to our workshop for a major service and a fresh set of brakes.

With this level of performance, regular maintenance is essential to keep everything running as it should.

For this visit, we took care of:

▪️ Major service, including engine oil and cabin filter
▪️ Rear differential and transfer case fluid service
▪️ Cleaning of the carbon intakes
▪️ Fresh OEM BMW brake discs
▪️ brake pads
▪️ stainless steel braided brake lines

The Goodridge braided brake lines are a worthwhile upgrade for a performance-focused car. Unlike conventional rubber hoses, their reinforced construction helps reduce hose expansion under braking pressure. This gives a firmer, more consistent brake pedal feel, especially during spirited driving and repeated hard braking.

Combined with Pagid brake pads for strong initial bite and OEM BMW brake discs, the braking system is ready for the next round of driving.

We also cleaned the Eventuri carbon intakes. Keeping the intake system clean is an important part of maintaining performance, and these filters should generally be checked and cleaned at around 5,000 km intervals, depending on driving conditions and the manufacturer’s recommendations.

A Stage 3+ build is about more than peak power. Keeping the drivetrain, cooling and braking systems in top condition is just as important as the original upgrades.

Now this G83 is ready to get back out there. 👀

Is jouw auto daar een van? Dan is dit hét moment om je APK en onderhoud te combineren.

Bij ons kun je terecht voor een APK in combinatie met een onderhoudsbeurt. Zo regel je beide in één afspraak en weet je zeker dat je auto de aandacht krijgt die hij nodig heeft.

🔧 **Kleine of grote beurt?**

Bij een kleine beurt verversen we onder andere de motorolie en het oliefilter en controleren we belangrijke onderdelen zoals de remmen, verlichting, accu en vloeistoffen.

Bij een grote beurt kijken we uitgebreider naar de technische staat van je auto en het onderhoud dat volgens het voorgeschreven onderhoudsschema nodig is. Denk aan aanvullende controles en het vervangen van onderdelen wanneer dat nodig is.

Rijd je een getunede BMW of MINI? Dan houden we ook rekening met het extra vermogen en passen we het onderhoud daarop aan. We werken met originele BMW-onderdelen en registreren het onderhoud in de BMW-onderhoudshistorie.

**668 HP in a BMW X4 M. 👀🔥**

A serious upgrade for this BMW X4 M. We took it to Stage 1+ with our custom tuning, a REMUS OPF-delete midpipe and xHP gearbox software. First, we unlocked the ECU to optimise the engine management and unleash its full potential.

🔧 **REMUS OPF-Delete Midpipe**
The OPF filters fine particles from the exhaust gases but also creates exhaust restriction. Removing it allows freer exhaust flow and delivers a much more aggressive exhaust note.

⚙️ **xHP Gearbox Software**
Optimised shift speeds, sharper gear changes and refined torque management help the transmission make better use of the extra performance.

📈 **The results?**
473 hp → **668 hp (+195 hp)**
600 Nm → **827 Nm (+227 Nm)**

More power, more torque and a whole new level of performance. 💥

**668 HP in a BMW X4 M. 👀🔥**

We took this X4 M to Stage 1+ with our custom tuning, a REMUS OPF-delete midpipe and xHP gearbox software. First, we unlocked the ECU to access and optimise the engine management.

🔊 **REMUS OPF-Delete Midpipe**
The OPF (Otto Particulate Filter) filters fine particles from exhaust gases, but also creates exhaust backpressure. Replacing it with an OPF-delete midpipe reduces this restriction, allowing freer exhaust flow, a much more aggressive sound and better breathing potential for performance tuning.

⚙️ **xHP Gearbox Software**
xHP optimises the automatic transmission’s software, refining shift speeds, shift behaviour and torque management. This helps the gearbox handle the increased torque more effectively and delivers a sharper, more responsive driving experience.

📈 **The results?**
473 hp → **668 hp (+195 hp)**
600 Nm → **827 Nm (+227 Nm)**
