De hoeveelheid S58 motoriseringen die wij hebben voorzien van optimalisaties en hardwareaanpassingen is buitengewoon. Niet hebben wij zelf reeds 2 M3 G80's en 3 M2 G87's in eigen beheer gehad, maar is onze ontwikkeling om daadwerkelijk tot in perfectie gekalibreerde tuning te maken van Stage 1 tot Stage X setups een feit. Pk's, NM's zijn slechts cijfers en afhankelijk van teveel variabelen met als belangrijkste het type brandstof, maar configuraties die wij voor zowel particulieren, racerij maken met verschillende einddoelen bewijzen hoe betrouwbaar en goed onze maatwerk kalibraties zijn. Wij zijn dé specialist in het optimaliseren van BMW/MINI's.

Stage 3 means a lot of things, but also nothing. Stage 3 depends on budget, fueling but in the end, customer wishes. This is a Pumpfuel ONLY setup in which no ethanol has been used whatsoever. The Dutch 98RON lost it's quality in a great amount over the last year while on German or Belgium 98RON we can achieve 600HP. 102RON is a whole different story. Great car, used as a smooth OEM+ setup which accelerates faster than stock BMW G8x products. A previous B58 Stage 3 we've done on one with more than 400.000km's on the clock, which can be found on our YouTube channel. Also, this one will be online soon!

De BMW 20/30e-hybridemodellen – te vinden in de 3-serie, 5-serie en X3 – behoren momenteel tot de voertuigen die het vaakst door ons worden getuned, en dat is niet zonder reden. Het voordeel van onze op maat gemaakte kalibraties is dat wij oprecht betrokken zijn bij onze tuningprojecten. Betrouwbaarheid staat bij ons altijd voorop; dit zie je terug in de manier waarop wij het koppel opbouwen en zorgen voor een lineaire koppelafgifte over het gehele toerenbereik. Wij kiezen er bewust voor om het koppel niet simpelweg op te schroeven naar 750 Nm of meer – een aanpak die vaak resulteert in een plotselinge piek gevolgd door een terugval. Theoretisch zouden we zelfs richting de 800 Nm kunnen gaan, maar dat zou de mechanische onderdelen zwaar belasten, de rijeigenschappen en betrouwbaarheid schaden, en uiteindelijk zelfs leiden tot minder vermogen in het hogere toerenbereik – precies wat je vaak ziet bij generieke 'copy-paste'-tuningbestanden. Daarnaast adviseren wij altijd een 'OPF-delete' (verwijdering van het roetfilter) om de tegendruk te verlagen en de betrouwbaarheid verder te vergroten. Interesse? Neem contact met ons op!

And again, a 30e hybrid BMW. The BMW 20/30e hybrid which can be found in the 3-series, 5-series and X3 models are currently one of the most tuned vehicles in our shop and not without a reason. The benefit of our custom calibrations is we actually care about our tuningprojects and make sure that reliability comes in first place, especially in the way how we build up the torque and provide lineair torque delivery over the whole rev range, instead of boosting it in such way that it will deliver 750NM+ and then nothing. Theoretically we can even deliver close to 800NM, which will simply destroy hardware components and decrease driveability and reliability and will deliver less top-end power in the end, such as simple copy/paste tuning files. We always do recommend an OPF-Delete to decrease backpressure and increase reliability even more. Interested? Contact us!

A whole list of upgrades for this BMW M140i and not without results. The car is running a very respectable 100-200 in 5.78s, Dragy verified on E30 fueling. A common mistake is that a lot of people think installing just a bigger turbocharger on a vehicle will give them HP numbers to the moon, but it doesn't work that way. It's a combination of fueling, temperatures and then the turbocharger which plays a role in achieving consistent and reliable results in the end. Don't ask us what a "Stage 3" will get you, tell us your hardware and fueling, and we will make sure your car will run flawless on its maximum capability and our professional calibration in which we take reliability, overall powerband and torque build-up very serious, especially on these transmissions.

The amount of S58's we've tuned since their release is absolutely insane. We have owned 5 S58's in different forms, not only to enjoy and daily drive, but also to track and develop the software to absolute perfection. With this setup we are able to achieve 1/4 times below 10's (with ethanol) and never has ever failed with whatever reason. What an engine the B58 is, isn't it? As known, our custom setup for this vehicle will deliver the performance figures described above. Most importantly is that these vehicles will heatsoak when tuned and we advice to upgrade the intake manifold to prevent this. It will further increase performance, but more importantly, it will be more consistent in delivering it's power as well.

This car is still running with the OEM intercooler which, as known, is a bottleneck for this platform. The car was tuned before but came for a re-tune. Although the peaknumbers aren't that different than before, the powerband is way better, boost control and timing are optimized and the torque is not manipulated due to our custom calibration. Driveability is improved as well and the car will be back next year with an upgraded intercooler and turbo-upgrade. Baseline is set!
