Give blood. Play Rugby.

This Triumph TR3B took the ‘play rugby’ part a bit too seriously and got involved in an accident last year.

Luckily the previous owner walked away unharmed. Aged 89, he had owned the car since 1982, maintaining it carefully and using it frequently. Fixing the damage himself was too ambitious a project, and so reluctantly he had to say goodbye.

Rare LHD Triumph TR3B, running engine, still drives, very little rust, believed matching numbers — but now in need of proper restoration.

A bruised classic, not a lost cause.

From Arizona to Beverly Hills, from Santa Barbara to Sint Anthonis. This 2003 Maserati 4200 GT Cambiocorsa has lived a proper West Coast life before arriving in the Netherlands.

Black over tan, 80.694 miles, no accident history, no fault codes and a substantial 15-year maintenance file from Maserati specialists.

It is not perfect: sticky buttons, sagging headliner, a missing lower engine undertray and some sun-faded clear coat on the roof. But it runs and drives well, looks the part and offers a Ferrari-developed V8 soundtrack at a very different price level.

This Italian classic deserves a second chance.

Fresh from New York: a 1980 Fiat 124 Spider.

Not running, partially dismantled and showing rust in the usual places, but still a complete and honest project with a surprisingly nice interior. Automatic transmission and air conditioning, new canvas soft top.

Peak 1980’s America?

Love it or hate it, but this red-on-red Corvette certainly can’t be accused of being boring.

This 1989 C4 targa came to us as a non-runner. With 3 previous owners, the car had 79.000 mls on the odometer and a clean VIN report showing no accident history, it looked like a car worth saving.

We brought it back to life with a set of eight new fuel injectors and a service. Its 5.7 litre V8 is now happily rumbling again and will soon be back on the road.

This 29 year old Jaguar XK8 is clearly in need of some work. A running and driving project car at an entry level price, for a practical enthusiast who is not afraid to get their hands dirty.

A new project car came in from Arizona.

This 1970 Ford Mustang Convertible started life in New York and still carries its last 1993 inspection sticker. Somewhere along the way it suffered rear-end damage, ended up in Arizona and spent many years waiting to be rediscovered.

Factory 302 V8 car, largely complete and still full of potential. A true restoration project, exactly the way we like them.

A rare find has arrived from the US:

This 1959 MGA was originally built as one of only 150 RHD home market Twin Cam coupés.

A lot has happened since then. The car still wears the original twin cam commission number plate, but the notoriously problematic twin cam engine was swapped for a gold seal 1600 push-rod engine and regular drum brake axles. Somehow, it ended up in the US and was converted from RHD to LHD. An old dashboard plaque gives a hint of possible amateur motorsport history, which we could not track down any further. If this car could talk, it would have interesting stories to tell.

So here it is, saved from a Wisconsin junk yard and offered for sale as an incomplete but certainly restorable project car.

A great project base for a fast road or rally car, or to bring back to its factory original condition if you happen to have those ultra rare twin cam parts lying around.
