Every site is different.

Some jobs are inside. Occupied buildings, polished concrete floors, low ceilings, other trades working around you. You need something quiet, no fumes, and narrow enough to actually get through the door without holding up the whole site.

Some backyards look impossible on paper. This one had a 900mm access point, a fireplace slab full of reinforced concrete, and a 50+ cubic metre dig to get done.
