HAPPY HALLOWEEN FROM THE TOTAL RV CREW!

Things are getting a little spooky around the Total RV yards!

We've swapped the caravan keys for broomsticks, the overalls for costumes, and we're looking a little more frightening than usual!

But don't worry, there's no tricks here — just some frighteningly good caravans and a team that's always ready to go the extra mile (even if a few of us look like we've come back from the dead!).

Whether you're heading away for a spooky weekend or just enjoying a few treats at home, we hope you have a fang-tastic Halloween!

From all the ghosts, ghouls and slightly questionable characters at Total RV Silverdale and Christchurch — stay safe, have fun, and remember...

The only thing scarier than our team is running out of holiday time!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN, NEW ZEALAND!

WHAT'S UNDER THE SKIN? IT'S WHAT YOU DON'T SEE THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE!

Ever wondered what goes into building a quality Australian caravan?

Here's a sneak peek behind the scenes at the JB factory in Australia, where the Traveller caravan range comes to life!

NOT ALL CARAVANS ARE BUILT THE SAME!

Unlike traditional timber-framed caravans, modern composite construction offers some pretty impressive advantages:

NO TIMBER FRAME ROT – With no traditional timber wall framing to rot, there's one less thing to worry about when moisture comes knocking.

STRONG & RIGID – Composite construction is designed to provide excellent structural strength and durability, helping your caravan handle the demands of life on the road.

LESS MAINTENANCE CONCERNS – No timber wall framing means fewer worries about timber swelling, warping or deteriorating over time.

BUILT FOR THE LONG HAUL – Modern materials and construction methods are designed with durability and longevity in mind.

SMARTER CONSTRUCTION – It's not just about how a caravan looks on the outside. What goes into the walls, floors and structure is every bit as important as the fancy bits inside!

These photos show the Traveller construction process, from the chassis right through to the composite body taking shape.

And let's face it, when you're heading off to explore New Zealand, the last thing you want is a caravan that's giving you more headaches than the Auckland motorway on a Friday afternoon!

WANT TO SEE THE FINISHED PRODUCT?

The team at TOTAL RV has the Traveller caravan range available at both our dealerships:

66 Small Road, Silverdale

Congratulations Team!!! Awesome first outing!!! 🏆😎👊🏼

🏁 Opening night done and dusted! 🏁

What a way to start the season! 🙌

We only got our motor on Monday and fired it up for the first time on Wednesday, so with no practice, opening night was our first proper shake down!

We were a little off with the setup in the first heat, but got things sorted and came home with 3rd in the feature! 🥉 Pretty happy with that considering where we started!

Congrats to Mitch Fabish on the win and Daniel Thomas in 2nd 👏

A massive shoutout to R&R Malam, Total RV and Magnum Motors for backing our team and helping make this happen! We really appreciate the support and are stoked to have you guys on board for the season!

Plenty to learn from and build on, and we’re looking forward to getting back out there! 🏁💨

📍 Next up: The 40-lapper at Kihikihi Speedway on 31st October! 🔥🏁
