“It doesn’t do it all the time…”

That’s still worth telling us about. Whether it’s a noise, a vibration or something that just feels different, a few details can help us investigate:

• Does it happen when you brake, turn or accelerate?
• Is it first thing in the morning or after you’ve been driving?
• Does it seem to come from the front, back or one side?

Even if it behaves perfectly when you arrive at the workshop, tell us what you’ve noticed. You don’t need to diagnose it yourself.

Did you know around 𝟰 𝗶𝗻 𝟭𝟬 initial WOF inspections in New Zealand failed?

Your car can feel fine to drive while wear develops in parts you can’t easily see, such as brakes, steering and suspension.

Before your next WOF, check your lights, indicators and wipers, and have a look at your tyres for visible wear or damage, as well as if they're going flat.

We do WOFs at the workshop and we can even investigate those concerns while your car’s here! If repairs are needed, we’ll explain what we’ve found and discuss the cost before going ahead.

Struggling to start your car doesn’t always mean the battery is dead.

Dirty, loose or corroded battery terminals can interrupt the electrical connection, making it harder for the battery to do its job. You might notice slow starting, clicking when you turn the key or electrical issues that seem to come and go.
