🔧 JOIN OUR TEAM – EXPERIENCED TYRE TECHNICIAN WANTED 🔧

We are looking for an experienced Tyre Technician to join our busy team based in Albany on the North Shore.

📍 Location: Albany, North Shore
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (rostered Saturday work)
📌 Position: Permanent Full Time

We are a very busy fast-paced shop that is looking for someone experienced with all aspects of tyre fitting who can work unsupervised and get on with the job. Wheel Alignment experience would also be an advantage, but it is not critical.

We want you to have:

• A valid New Zealand Drivers Licence
• Ability to work in a workshop environment
• A positive attitude that communicates well with customers and fellow staff
• Experience identifying sales opportunities
• Good computer knowledge
• Pride in your workmanship
• The ability to work under pressure
• Good tyre product knowledge
• Experience with tyre fitment, wheel balancing and tyre repairs
• A good understanding of vehicle mechanics
• Pride in the work carried out here

🔧 AUTOMOTIVE MECHANIC WANTED 🔧

We are currently seeking a fully qualified Automotive Mechanic to join our professional workshop and assist with an increased workload.

📍 Located in Albany, on the North Shore

About the Role:
This is a hands-on role supporting our team with a variety of mechanical jobs. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and servicing a range of vehicles while ensuring all work meets a very high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out general mechanical repairs and servicing.
• Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs.
• Assist with workshop workload and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a very clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a mechanic and fully qualified.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A current WOF ticket would also be an advantage.
• Reliable and able to start promptly.
