Wash your car from the top down ⬇️

✅ Pre-rinse the whole car to remove loose dirt.
✅ Start with the roof and glass, then work down the panels.
✅ Leave the lower sills, bumpers and rear until last. They're usually the dirtiest.
✅ Rinse your mitt often.
✅ Finish with a top-down rinse so dirty water runs off the car.

Avoid washing your car in direct sun ☀️🚿

✅ Hot panels dry water and shampoo too quickly, which can leave water spots and streaks.
✅ Wash early in the morning, late in the afternoon or in the shade.
✅ Work one section at a time and keep the car wet while you work.
✅ Dry promptly with a clean, plush microfibre towel.

Clear glass for safer driving ☀️

Low spring sun makes a dirty windscreen glare.
✅ Clean the inside of the windscreen too. A film builds up there over time.
✅ Use a dedicated glass cleaner and two clean microfibre towels: one to clean, one to buff.
✅ Wipe your wiper blades and replace them if they streak or chatter.
✅ Keep your washer fluid topped up.
