About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced motor body builder or vehicle fabricator to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of truck bodies and commercial vehicle fit-outs, using a combination of steelwork, alloy components, electrical systems, and interior cabinetry.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble steel or alloy truck and van bodies
Read and interpret plans and drawings with precision
Perform MIG / TIG welding and general steel / aluminium fabrication
Install subframes, body panels, floors, toolboxes, and structural components
Fit-out interiors including cabinetry, lining, insulation, and accessories
Wire 12V and 24V systems for lighting, switches, and power components
Collaborate with the workshop team to meet deadlines and ensure quality
Maintain workshop safety and cleanliness standards
About You

Experience building commercial vehicle bodies, mobile workspaces or motorhomes is essential. This is a hands-on role requiring expertise in welding, fabrication, 12/24V electrical systems, and interior fit outs.

An excellent hourly rate is on offer, plus all tools, gear and PPE, a supportive team environment and lots of variety working on interesting projects.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Painter / Spray Painter to join our Auckland-based team. This is a full-time role working across a range of residential and commercial projects.

This position requires proven spray painting experience. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes using both conventional and spray application methods.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare surfaces including sanding, filling, cleaning, masking, and priming

* Apply paints and coatings using brush, roller, and spray equipment

* Carry out residential and commercial painting work to a high standard

* Set up, operate, and maintain spray painting equipment

* Ensure all finishes meet quality and project specifications

* Follow all health and safety requirements on site

Skills & Experience (Essential)

* Minimum 3+ years’ professional painting experience

We are seeking a full-time Panel Be**er to carry out structural repairs at our Rangiora collision repair workshop.

About the role:
Full-time position, minimum 40 hours per week
Hours: 8.00am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
Overtime available
Based in Rangiora
Competitive pay - between $70,000 and $90,000 (based on 40 hours per week), depending on skills and experience
As a Panel Be**er, you’ll work alongside highly skilled tradespeople on a wide variety of vehicles, using modern equipment including Car-O-Liner chassis straightening and 3D measuring systems.

We are a well-established and trusted repairer. We take pride in our workmanship and genuinely care about providing exceptional service.

We are:
A Licensed CRA Repairer
A Member of the Motor Trade Association (MTA)
IMPAC Prequal Health & Safety Assessed
Key responsibilities:
Repairing a variety of vehicles to a high standard
Documenting jobs using our body shop management system (training provided)
Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe work environment
Skills and experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Panel Be**er
Strong technical skills and industry knowledge
Trade and/or I-CAR NZ qualifications preferred but not essential (ongoing I-CAR NZ training provided)
Well organised with the ability to manage a varied workflow
Excellent attention to detail
Positive attitude and good character
Experience with Car-O-Liner chassis straightening and 3D measuring is highly advantageous

Comfortable using computers and tablets as part of daily work

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Physical fitness to support people and take part in activities

A full NZ driver’s licence, or the ability to gain one within six months
