If you see our amazing AA man John Newton out and about today give him a big wave 👋
After being the Islands Icon AA Rescuer for 13 years he is hanging up his hi-vis jacket for the last time tonight and will be retiring. We will all miss seeing John towing/jump starting all our vehicles, but don't worry, because soon you will see him out and about relaxing at Car park Cafe or tending to his garden at home. Thank you for being there for us all John! ❤

Hope every one is staying safe out there, our books are now open for bookings from the 28th of April.

Unfortunately we can not have people stay in the waiting room til job is complete, so invoices will be emailed and payments made online or over the phone prior to pick up.

We are working on strict covid-19 health and safety requirements and are taking measures to protect our staff and customers.

All vehicles we will use a disposable seat cover, new disposable gloves, entry points will be disinfected along with steering wheel gear stick and exit door handle.

Currently we cant offer courtesy vehicles and pick ups as it puts a risk on customers and staff hopefully this will return to normal soon.

The Waiheke WOF Centre will be closed from 5pm Wednesday, 25th March until further notice due to COVID 19 Isolation.
Please note AA Roadside will still be operating for all breakdowns for AA Members. Please take care & we will update with a opening date at a later stage. Thank you

Waiheke Wof Centre are urgently seeking an experienced Mechanic/Technician to join our busy team. Accommodation will be offered to the right candidate.

The successful applicant must be able to work with a minimum supervision.

Must be fully qualified.

A NZ Drivers licence is required.

Must have experience in Diagnostics and Mechanical repairs.

Needs to be self motivated and a team player.

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
