Jesse's 180SX in for a bunch of work and a tune.

✅ Turbo setup modified to suit the new turbo with a 3" stainless exhaust fabbed up with custom twin 3" blast pipes and a removable plumb in/screamer setup

✅ Fuel system sorted with Bosch 1000cc injectors, Radium fuel pressure regulator and Walbro fuel pump

✅ 4" stainless intake, battery moved to the boot, intercooler piping modified and a bunch of other mechanical & wiring jobs to get it all running properly and reliably

✅ Link G4X plug in supplied and tuned to 255kw / 430nm (342hp) on 20psi

First Link ECU & tune package completed on James' R32 GTR

The injectors, fuel pump, boost solenoid and intake air temp sensor were upgraded while we were at it.

Limited to under 14psi with the original ceramic turbos we managed to squeeze 274kw / 384nm out of the RB26 on 12.5 psi

The car originally made around 230kw on 10 psi with a Mines ECU.

James' BF2 XR6 Falcon tuned up a couple of weeks back on the factory ECU via HPTuners.

404kw / 818nm (540hp) on 15psi out to 17psi up top

Pretty impressive considering it is still on the stock turbo and exhaust setup. The ZF transmission was tuned to help deal with the extra power too.

James brought not one but two RB powered Silvias in to be tuned last week.

First off the RB26 powered S13 was going well until the fuel tank cracked, spilling a 1/4 tank of e85 on the floor during some power runs. We were extremely lucky not to have a fire. In fact we changed the rear section of exhaust earlier that morning to exit out the other side which was probably our saving grace.

Got the fuel tank out, welded up to get us through the tune and ended up with 456kw / 709nm (610hp) with the boost controller maxxed out at 22psi

The following day we got into the S15, which all went pretty smoothly except for an issue with the dyno. Got that fixed up with some kiwi enginuity then straight back into tuning.

The RB34 with its new Pulsar G42 1200 ended up at 690kw / 1033nm (925hp) once again with the boost controller maxxed out at 28psi

Starting to push the limits of the dyno with the ramp runs getting short over 650kw, especially with back to back runs as the retarder gets hot and loses efficiency. Might be time for a bit of an upgrade.

Cheers James for trusting me with all your tuning on these weapons. Next time just leave those wimpy wastegate springs at home 😜

Brian's MK2 Capri race car in a couple of weeks back to run in the freshly built SR20DET on the dyno.

With the oil and filter changed out after the run-in phase it was ready for a re-tune on the Link ECU which resulted in 251kw / 408nm on 16psi

You may see this car out competeing in GTRNZ

149kw / 452nm Power mode with injectors out of flow

David's Civic all tuned up last week. Running a B16B Type R engine with a few mods and tuned on a Link G4X

Putting out 130kw/152nm - pretty stout for a naturally aspirated 1600.
