Our growing and busy workshop is looking for a suitably experienced Administrator with a strong work ethic who can work well under pressure and has ability to perform in a multi tasking environment

You will be assisting the Managing Director in every aspect of the business. including:

Support Workshop Manager
Customer service
Maintain Bookings
Invoicing and Bookkeeping
Accounts
Human resources
Health and safety
Financial and legal areas of the business.

And a variety of other tasks.

You will:

Have Admin experience, preferably in an automotive workshop environment

Be well versed with human resources and health and safety legislation and procedures

Possess organizational skills

Ability to manage time & prioritize efficiently

Have a strong work ethic

Be thorough on all aspects of your work

Possess great communication skills
(facing customers face to face and over the phone)

Enjoy working in a team environment

Vehicle knowledge would be an advantage

You will need to work in as part of a small team

If you have experience with the MYOB and Quoting / Invoicing - or within a similar role in an automotive workshop then this is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided to the right applicant.

We offer you:

Remuneration is based on experience.
The hours are 8am to 11am Monday to Saturday.
